01:03:19 David Brown: Could the wheel be used as a whole group activity, or does it always need to begin with the individual? For example, could it be a starting point when helping an organisation create a shared vision?

01:38:14 Janet Mrenica: Andy: goal setting; nuances. Clarity- how would you know if dlient needed it. Finding a balance on directed questions. Contracting: basic contracting – how would you like me to be with you today? how would you like me to be? Is there anything you would like today? Setting of goals I am a big champion of it. With much coaching, there is not enough goal setting. I balance fluidity and goals.

01:40:53 Janet Mrenica: David: explore it to understand who my audiences are. business people, their development. charities CEOs in terms of shared vision. The wheel might help. Looking at what this means for how I work with them.

01:43:44 Janet Mrenica: Harriet: co-coaching and contracting I am excited about this – we learn from interacting with other people/groups. I find the group interactions more valuable than 1:1. Open to being open to coached and co-coaching with the wheel and to see what it means to me. Impactful – how much impact would there be in a group, particularly a group that does not have a shared vision. Grief producing situation I/we find myself in – something so simple can have such a huge impact on supporting our clients, and the ripples.

01:46:05 Janet Mrenica: Anna: wonderful opportunity to go deep in our coaching sessions; opportunity to reflect and think about what is important in my life. Go deep and clarify for myself; looking forward to the coaches to challenge me. Looking forward to it.
